產品概述:
進口雙鉸刀泵是在潛水排污泵的基礎上采用技術研發而成,此系列水泵具有帶撕裂的結構,能將污水中長纖維、袋、帶、草、布條等物質撕裂、切斷,然后順利排放,適合于輸送含有堅硬固體、纖維物的液體以及較臟、粘、滑的液體。雙鉸刀泵水力性能良好、成熟,產品經性能測試,符合有關設計要求。
產品特點:
雙鉸刀泵能力強、無堵塞,能有效通過直徑φ30~φ80 毫米的固體顆粒。采用特殊的雙道切割水力部件設計,水泵葉輪加裝切割旋轉到頭,進水口部裝固定刀,旋轉刀與固定刀均為硬質合金鍛制。被輸送介質中的雜質在進入葉輪流道錢即被絞碎,切斷,然后順利排放,無需在泵上加濾網。
2、雙絞刀潛水泵尤其適合工況條件惡的環境,結構堅固、體積小。浮球開關可根據所需的水位變化,自動控制泵的停啟,自動對水泵進行運行管理,無需額外人工看護。
