鉛筆硬度計(jì)是檢測(cè)儀器,涂膜硬度是涂料制造、涂料使用(涂表)行業(yè)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量認(rèn)定的必測(cè)指標(biāo)。鉛筆劃痕法測(cè)試涂膜硬度是八十年代以來被國(guó)際普遍采用的測(cè)試方法。我國(guó)也已在涂料的發(fā)展研究和工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中推廣這種測(cè)試方法。本儀器是根據(jù) 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)“涂膜硬度鉛筆測(cè)定法”《GB6379----86》第2 3 條手工操作法而設(shè)計(jì)制造的。儀器即可在實(shí)驗(yàn)室使用,也可用也施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng),并能在任意方向上對(duì)涂膜硬度進(jìn)行檢定。

鉛筆硬度計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理:

鉛筆硬度計(jì)操作規(guī)程:
A準(zhǔn)備
★按GB1727要求準(zhǔn)備120*50*(0.2-0.3)平滑馬口鐵板或按產(chǎn)品規(guī)定的底材,制備涂膜。
★用鉛筆刀把每支鉛筆前端削去木質(zhì)部分,露出5-6mm柱狀筆芯(注意鉛筆芯不可松動(dòng)或削傷鉛芯),用手握住鉛筆,使鉛筆始終與400號(hào)砂紙成90°角,在砂紙上摩擦鉛芯端面,直到獲得一端平滑邊緣銳利的筆端為止(邊緣要無破碎或缺口)
★把削好的鉛筆插入鉛筆架上。調(diào)整鉛筆,使鉛筆芯工作端面與砝碼心重合(相應(yīng)鉛芯工作端面與鉛筆架約25mm),然后用螺釘擰緊,使鉛筆位置固定。
★松開夾緊螺母,放入需測(cè)定的涂膜試片,然后擰緊螺母,使試片固定。
★松開止動(dòng)螺釘,調(diào)整平衡錘,使工作桿平衡(即使鉛筆剛好接觸到試片上),然后擰緊止動(dòng)螺釘,使鉛筆芯工作面離開涂膜試片。
★把砝碼輕輕放在鉛筆架上。
B 測(cè)試
★松開止動(dòng)螺釘,使鉛筆芯輕輕降下到被測(cè)涂膜試片上。
★轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪,使涂膜板朝劃痕方向移動(dòng)大約5mm(順時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪),并留意觀察表面是否劃破。
★取下砝碼,更換鉛筆,旋動(dòng)試臺(tái)旋扭,使試驗(yàn)臺(tái)縱向移動(dòng)一定距離更換試片劃痕位置,重復(fù)準(zhǔn)備操作后,再做下一次試驗(yàn),依次用每種型號(hào)硬度的鉛筆一次犁出五道痕跡。
★從a硬的鉛筆開始用此方法,當(dāng)鑒定五道痕跡中,若有兩次或兩次以上犁傷膜時(shí),換上一級(jí)的鉛筆,直到找出五道痕跡中,只有一次犁傷涂膜的鉛筆(或沒有破壞)。則這一級(jí)鉛筆的硬度值 代表被測(cè)涂膜的硬度。

Adjust the pencil so that the working surface of the pencil lead coincides with the weight center (the corresponding working surface of the lead lead is about 25mm from the pencil holder), and then tighten with a screw to fix the pencil position.
★ Loosen the clamping nut, put the coating film test piece to be measured, and then tighten the nut to fix the test piece.
★ Loosen the stop screw, adjust the balance weight to balance the work rod (even if the pencil just touches the test piece), and then tighten the stop screw so that the working surface of the pencil lead leaves the test film.
★ Put the weight lightly on the pencil holder.
B test
★ Loosen the stop screw, and lower the pencil lead onto the test film of the test film.
★ Turn the handwheel to move the coating film about 5mm in the direction of the scratch (turn the handwheel clockwise), and pay attention to observe whether the surface is scratched.
★ Remove the weight, replace the pencil, rotate the test bench to make the test bench move a certain distance in the longitudinal direction to change the scratch position of the test piece, repeat the preparation operation, and then perform the next test, using each type of pencil in order Five traces were plowed.
★ Use this method from a hard pencil. When identifying five traces of plow injury film, if there are two or more plow injury membranes, change the pencil to the next level until you find one of the five traces. Paint the pencil (or not break). Then the hardness value of this grade pencil represents the hardness of the tested coating film.
