高效節能雙層蒸汽烘筒結構優勢：

1、高效節能雙層蒸汽烘筒，縮小了烘筒內部的多余空間，在滿足紡織品烘干要求的熱能的基礎上，能夠以較快的速度將內部的冷凝水排出，減少了因為冷凝水導致的蒸汽的浪費；

2、內部空腔的體積的減少，所需提供的蒸汽壓力也可以適當減少。綜合改善了烘筒的能耗。

建議使用方案1：串聯法

建議使用方案2：蒸汽噴射泵

蒸汽噴射加熱是一種全新的加熱理念，通過溫控表自動設定加熱溫度，操作更簡單更方便；噴射加熱實現了乏汽回收，大大節省了蒸汽用量，降低了冷凝水排放溫度；噴射加熱使得烘筒表面溫度更加均勻，極大改善了預縮工序和葉邊疵布的產生，大大提高了烘燥效率。

可調控蒸汽噴射泵：

可調控噴射泵主要用來促進蒸汽循環，提高低壓蒸汽壓力；
其原理是利用少量高（中）壓蒸汽作為主動蒸汽產生的負壓，將低壓引射蒸汽（乏汽）抽吸入熱泵泵體，并將之加壓混合成一股均勻的壓力較高的可用蒸汽，重新送回到系統中去（烘筒內）加以利用。
