　　漆膜劃痕試驗儀是檢測儀器，依照GB9279-88而設(shè)計制造。涂膜強度、硬度、附著力等是涂膜的重要的物理性能，其大小直接影響涂膜的重要使用性能，例如：耐磨損性；耐磨粒性；耐劃痕性；耐沖擊性以及涂膜的滯留作用及清洗難易等，因此涂膜強度、硬度等是評價涂料性能的測指標。所以本儀器的用途即為通過漆膜樣板涂層受劃針刻劃時抗穿透能力的大小來表征涂層強度、硬度、附著力的大小。

　　漆膜劃痕試驗儀工作原理：

　　本儀器主要是由劃針架和工作臺組成，劃針架上的劃針保證垂直地作用于涂膜樣板上（樣板固定在工作臺上的實驗臺上，可橫向或縱向移動；橫向移動可為機動也可在關(guān)閉電源后手動，縱向移動為手動）。

　　在接通電源后，電源開關(guān)的紅色指示燈亮說明儀器電源接通。此時如返程開關(guān)處于實驗狀態(tài)，工作臺由右向左移動，劃針在“實驗”行程中和樣板接觸；返回行程（返程開關(guān)撥回“返回”狀態(tài)）中，工作臺由左向右移動，劃針被抬起不接觸樣板，變換劃針架上所加的砝碼，可測出在不同重量下能否劃破漆膜，用劃破漆膜時所需的A小砝碼重量來判斷涂膜的抗劃破性。

　　★涂膜樣板：按GB9271—88制備，規(guī)格為：120*50mm

　　QHZ漆膜劃痕試驗儀操作及使用方法：

　　★準備

　　★按GB1727—79要求準備120*50mm（0.2—0.3mm厚）平滑馬口鐵或按展品規(guī)定要求的底板制備漆膜。

　　★檢查儀器

　?。?）接通電源（220V）

　?。?）按下總開關(guān)（電源開關(guān)）然后撥動鈕子開關(guān)至“實驗”行程，試驗臺橫向移動（向左）至左端停止，然后將鈕子開關(guān)撥向“返回”行程，試驗臺橫向移動（向右）至右端停止。注：鈕子開關(guān)中間位置可急“?！薄?/p>

　　★在裝劃針處入一枚新劃針，該劃針應(yīng)現(xiàn)用30倍放大鏡檢查針頭，不得有劃痕、園、銹斑等缺陷，劃針安裝的高低要適當。

　　★將樣板夾入試驗臺的樣板夾中，涂膜朝上，轉(zhuǎn)動縱向手柄使試驗臺移至遠端（試驗臺和工作臺平齊）為初始位置。

　　★在砝碼臺上放入A小的砝碼（50g）或予計劃破涂膜的略小的負荷砝碼。

　　★Ready

　　★Prepare 120*50mm(0.2-0.3mm thick)smooth tinplate according to GB1727-79 requirements or prepare paint film according to the requirements of exhibits.

　　★Inspection equipment

　　(1)Turn on the power(220V)

　　(2)Press the main switch(power switch)ａnd then turn the knob to the"Experiment"stroke.The test bench moves laterally(to the left)to the left end to stop,then turn the knob switch to the"Return"stroke.Move(to the right)to the right end to stop.Note:The middle position of the toggle switch can be“stopped”urgently.

　　(3)Press the monitor and twist(jog)the meter pointer to move,ａnd at the same time,the indicator light is normal.

　　★Insert a new stylus into the stylus.The stylus should be inspected with a 30x magnifying glass.There should be no defects such as scratches,gardens,rust spots,etc.The height of the stylus should be appropriate.

　　★Clamp the sample plate into the sample plate of the test bench with the coating film facing upwards and turn the longitudinal handle to move the test bench to the far end(the test bench and the work bench are flush)as the initial position.

　　★Put a small A weight(50g)or a slightly smaller load weight to break the coating film on the weight table.

　　QHZ漆膜劃痕試驗儀測試：

　　★扳動工作鈕開關(guān)至“實驗”位置，劃針在樣板上劃過，用眼觀察是否劃破，如劃破時，電表指針動，同時劃破指示燈亮，如未劃破，扳工作開關(guān)至“返回”，使試驗臺返回停在右端，然后微動縱向移動手柄（正向旋進）使試驗臺移動一點（劃出的**條劃痕不至于重疊在A條劃痕上即可），同時還需要把劃針換一枚新的檢查方法同前，并在砝碼臺上換上較重一個等級的砝碼這**做好了劃**條劃痕的一切準備。

　　★重復(fù)上述的測試，直到劃破涂膜為止（此時劃破燈亮同時電表指針動，亦可用10倍放大鏡觀察劃痕是否劃破涂膜露出底板，劃破部分的劃痕長度應(yīng)大于20mm）這時砝碼的重量即為涂膜抗劃值（該方法的測定值）。

　　★用該測定負荷對原先的樣板及一塊同樣新的樣板二者重復(fù)此測試步驟所得結(jié)果相符之后，則確定劃透樣板途程的，這A小負荷值為該種涂膜的抗劃值。

　　當所測得負荷值不同時，則取三次的負荷值的平均值為該種涂膜的抗劃值。

　　QHZ paint film scratch tester test

　　★Toggle the work button switch to the"experimental"position,ａnd then draw the needle across the template.Use your eyes to see if it is scratched.If you do,the meter pointer moves and the indicator light turns on.If it does not,flip the work switch.Go to"Return",make the test bench stop at the right end,ａnd then slightly move the longitudinal movement handle(forward rotation)to move the test bench a little(the**scratches drawn out will not overlap the A scratches.)At the same time,you need to change the scratching needle to a new inspection method as before,ａnd put a heavier weight on the weight table.This is all ready to scratch**.

　　★Repeat the above test until the coating film is scratched(At this time,the light is on and the meter pointer moves.You can also use a 10x magnifying glass to observe whether the scratch has scratched the coating film and exposed the bottom plate.The length of the scratched part should be greater than 20mm)At this time,the weight of the weight is the scratch resistance value of the coating film(measured by this method).

　　★After using this measurement load to repeat the test procedure for both the original sample and an equally new sample,it is determined that the sample passes through the course.The small load value of A is the anti-scratch value of the coating film.

　　When the measured load values are different,the average value of the three load values is taken as the scratch resistance value of the coating film.

　　QHZ漆膜劃痕試驗儀維護：

　　1、本儀器使用時力求轉(zhuǎn)動靈活，應(yīng)注意潤滑（應(yīng)在轉(zhuǎn)動部位和不轉(zhuǎn)動部位之間和相對運動部件之間注入機油）；

　　2、本儀器在使用一段時間后，要全面檢查緊固件，防止松動；

　　3、本儀器不使用時，要注意防塵、防潮、防腐蝕，避免振動和碰撞。
