三、測試原理:
利用物質對不同波長的光呈現選擇性吸收現象來進行物質的定性和定量分析。如果被測溶液是透明的,當一束定向入射光I經過溶液時,能檢測到定向透射光IC的光強度;若溶液存在不同程度的渾濁,當定向入射光I經過溶液時,必定會產生光的擴散,從而定向透射光IC的光強減小,因此只要準確測量出定向透射光IC的光強大小,**能定量反映出溶液的透明度。

四、使用方法:
?開機預熱
使用前應預熱30分鐘。
?波長調整
轉動波長旋紐,并觀察波長顯示窗,調整至需要的測試波長(460鈉米)。
注意事項:轉動測試波長校正(透射率A)后,以穩定5分鐘后進行測試為好(符合行業標準及計量部門檢定規程要求)。
?設置測試模式
按功能健,便可在“透射率”和“吸光率”中切換測試模式。
?玻璃比色皿的配對性
該儀器所附的玻璃比色皿是經過配對測試的,未經配對處理的比色皿將影響樣品的測試精度。用手拿比色皿應握比色皿的磨砂表面,不應該接觸比色皿的透光面,即透光面上不能有手印或溶液痕跡,待測溶液中不能有氣泡、懸浮物,否則也將影響樣品的測試精度。比色皿在使用完畢后應立即洗干凈。
?調零(射率0%)
在T模式時,將遮光體置入樣品架,合上樣品室,并拉動樣品架拉桿使其進入光路。然后按動“調零”鍵,顯示器上顯示“00.0”或“-00.0”,便完成調T零,完成調T零后,取出遮光體。

?Pairing of glass cuvettes
The glass cuvettes attached to this instrument are paired and tested.Unpaired cuvettes will affect the test accuracy of the sample.When holding the cuvette with your hand,you should hold the frosted surface of the cuvette,and should not touch the light-transmitting surface of the cuvette,that is,there should be no fingerprints or traces of the solution on the light-transmitting surface,and there should be no air bubbles or suspended matter in the solution to be tested,otherwise It will also affect the test accuracy of the sample.Wash the cuvettes immediately after use.Zh
?Zero adjustment(emissivity 0%)
In T mode,place the light-shielding body into the sample holder,close the sample chamber,and pull the sample holder lever to enter the light path.Then press the"Zero"key,the display will show"00.0"or"-00.0",and then complete the T zero adjustment.After completing the T zero adjustment,remove the shade.
五、儀器安裝:
1儀器工作環境
1.1儀器的額定電壓為220V±22V,50Hz±1Hz。供電電壓不正常會使儀器無法正常工作。
1.2儀器應安裝在干燥的室內,環境度為5℃~35℃(A合適為15℃~28℃),相對濕度不大于85%(一般控制在45%-65%)。
1.3儀器應安裝在堅固平穩的工作臺上,且無強烈的震動或持續震動。
1.4室內無硫化氫,亞硝酸氟等腐蝕性氣體。
1.5儀器應遠離高強度磁場,電場及會產生高頻波的設備。
1.6儀器應避免強風的直接吹襲。
1.7儀器應避免光的直接照射。
1.8儀器供電電源應有良好的接地
2儀器安裝
2.1開箱后檢查儀器是否有損壞,并根據裝箱單核對附件是否齊全。
2.2確認配件無誤后,插入電源線并接通電源。
2.3檢查儀器是否工作正常。

2 Instrument installation
2.1 Check the instrument for damage after unpacking and check whether the accessories are complete according to the packing list.Zh

六、注意事項:
1.測試模式應在透光率(T)模式;
2.如果未置入遮光體合上樣品室,并其進入光路便無法完成調T零;
3.調T零時不要打開樣品室、推拉樣品架;
4.調T零后(未取出遮光體),如切換至吸光率測試模式,顯示器上顯示為“.EL”。
5.如直接在吸光率(A)模式調T零,則在置入遮光體后不管顯示器上是否顯示“.EL”,均需按動“調零”鍵。
6校正A光率
將蒸餾水樣品置入樣品架,并推拉樣品架拉桿其進入光路。然后按動“校正”鍵,此時屏幕顯示“BL”延時數秒便顯示“100.0”(在透光率模式時)或“-.000”、“.000”(在吸光率模式時),即自動完成校正。
7無色液體透明度測試
7.1按動功能鍵,切換至“透光率”測試模式。
7.2調整測試波長(460納米)。
7.3用遮體調零
7.4用無色液體標準液校正100.00%
7.5置入待測樣品,讀取測試數據。
7.4平行測定兩次,如果兩次測定結果之差不大于2,取這兩次測定結果的平均值
8有色液體透明度測試

Six,matters needing attention:

6 Correction A Luminance

7 colorless liquid transparency test

八、儀器日常保養:
該儀器是精密光學儀器,出廠前經過精細的裝配和調試,如果能對儀器進行恰當的維護與保養,不僅能保證儀器的可靠性和穩定性,也可以延長儀器的使用壽命。
1按4.1為儀器提供一個良好的工作環境。
2在測試過程中,要注意防止溶液濺入樣品架和樣品室內,盛有測試溶液的比色皿不宜在樣品室內久置。
3要注意保護比色皿的光學窗(透光面)。除不要擦傷外,主要要防止光學窗被污染,使用完畢后要及時洗,不要殘存的樣品或洗滌液附在光學窗上,以保持其良好的配對性。
4每次使用后應檢查樣品室內是否積存有溢出溶液,經常擦拭樣品室,以防廢液對部件或光學元件的腐蝕。
5儀器使用完畢應好防塵罩,可在樣品室內放置干燥劑袋防潮,但開機時要取出。
6儀器液晶顯示器和鍵盤日常使用和儲存時應注意防劃傷、防水、防塵和防腐蝕。
7定期進行性能指標檢測,發現問題即與當地產品經銷商或公司銷售部聯系。專業維修人員請勿擅自打開機殼進行修理。
8長期不使用儀器時,尤其要注意環境度、濕度,A好在樣品室內放置干燥劑袋并定期更換。
Eight,instrument daily maintenance:
This instrument is a precision optical instrument that has been carefully assembled and debugged before leaving the factory.If the instrument can be properly maintained and maintained,it will not only ensure the reliability and stability of the instrument,but also extend the service life of the instrument.
1 Provide a good working environment for the instrument according to 4.1.
2 During the test,care should be taken to prevent the solution from splashing into the sample rack and sample chamber.The cuvette containing the test solution should not be left in the sample chamber for a long time.
3 Pay attention to protect the optical window(light-transmitting surface)of the cuvette.In addition to not scratching,the main reason is to prevent the optical window from being contaminated.Wash it promptly after use,and do not attach residual samples or washing liquid to the optical window to maintain its good matching.
4 After each use,check whether there is any overflow solution in the sample chamber.Wipe the sample chamber frequently to prevent the liquid from corroding parts or optical components.
5 After the instrument is used,a dust cover should be installed.A desiccant bag can be placed in the sample room to prevent moisture,but it must be removed when the device is turned on.
6 The daily use and storage of the instrument's LCD display and keyboard should be protected from scratches,water,dust and corrosion.
7 Perform regular performance index inspections and contact your local product distributor or company sales department if problems are found.Professional maintenance personnel should not open the case for repair without authorization.
8 When the instrument is not used for a long time,pay special attention to the environmental degree and humidity.A is better to place a desiccant bag in the sample room and replace it regularly.
