　　三、防水卷材低溫柔度儀使用方法：

　　★時間設(shè)置：根據(jù)材料試驗所需恒溫時間設(shè)置。即到達設(shè)定溫度后延時若干時間開始頂起試件。

　　★溫度的設(shè)定：在SV/PV正常顯示狀態(tài)下，按一下“SET"鍵，使SV顯示處于閃爍狀態(tài)，通過按“＜”鍵，找到所需定溫度的位數(shù)，再按上升或下降鍵，設(shè)定到所需溫度值，設(shè)定完畢后，再次按一“SET"鍵，使儀表轉(zhuǎn)到SV/PV正常顯示狀態(tài)。

　　★清零鍵的使用：當?shù)竭_設(shè)定溫度及時間，彎曲軸向上以360mm/min的速度向上提起彎曲軸開始試驗，即一個試驗完成，按下下降鍵使其回位，按下清零鍵待下一次試驗。

　　★到達設(shè)定溫度后彎曲棒自動進行試驗，在完成彎曲過程10S內(nèi)，在適宜的光源下用肉眼檢查試件有無裂紋，必要時，用輔助光學裝置幫助。假若有一條或更多的裂紋從涂蓋層深入到胎體層，或貫穿無增強卷材，即存在裂縫。一組五個試件應(yīng)分別試驗檢查。假若裝置的尺寸滿足，可以同時試驗幾組試件。

　　★冷彎溫度的范圍（未知）A初測定，從期望的冷彎溫度開始，每隔6℃試驗每個試件，因此每個試驗溫度都是6℃的倍數(shù)（如-12℃、-18℃、-24℃等）。從開始導(dǎo)致破壞的低溫度開始，每隔2℃分別試驗每組五個試件的上表面和下表面，連續(xù)的每次2℃的改變溫度，直到每組5個試件分別試驗后至少有4個無裂縫，這個溫度記錄為試件的冷彎溫度。

　　★試驗完畢清理表面，涂抹防繡油脂罩好防塵罩，以備下次使用。

　　反之冷凍液濺入眼內(nèi)凍傷眼睛。

　　Third,the use of waterproof membrane low temperature flexibility meter:

　　★The use of the zero key:When the set temperature and time are reached,the bending axis is lifted up at a speed of 360mm/min to start the test,that is,a test is completed,press the down key to return it,ａnd press the zero To wait for the next test.Zh

　　★When the set temperature is reached,the bending bar will automatically perform the test.Within 10 seconds after the bending process is completed,the test piece is visually inspected for cracks under a suitable light source.If necessary,use auxiliary optical devices to help.If one or more cracks penetrate from the coating layer to the carcass layer,or completely penetrate the unreinforced coil,then cracks exist.A group of five test pieces shall be tested separately.If the size of the device is satisfied,several groups of test pieces can be tested at the same time.^^^

　　★Range of cold bending temperature(unknown)A Initial measurement,starting from the expected cold bending temperature,test each specimen every 6℃,so each test temperature is a multiple of 6℃(such as-12℃、-18℃,-24℃,etc.).Starting from the low temperature that caused the damage,the upper and lower surfaces of each group of five test pieces were tested every 2°C,ａnd the temperature was continuously changed by 2°C each time until at least Four crack-free,this temperature is recorded as the cold bending temperature of the test piece.

　　四、防水卷材低溫柔度儀安裝與調(diào)試：

　　★把水槽放入低溫箱內(nèi)，加入冷凍液。冷凍液用任一混合物：

　　—丙烯乙二醇/水溶液（體積比1：1）低至-25℃，或—低于-20℃的乙醇/水混合物（體積比2：1）。液面高度為100mm，放入試件冷凍液達到規(guī)定溫度后，開始保持在該溫度1h±5min。

　　★連接好主機與控制器線路，接通電源220V，并具有可靠接地，打開電源開關(guān)通過控制面板上的上升、下降、停止按扭，調(diào)整好彎曲軸位置。使其在A下端放置好試件，試件尺寸為（150±1）mm×（25±1）mm，在開始所有試驗前，兩個圓筒間的距離（見圖1）應(yīng)按試件厚度調(diào)節(jié)，即彎曲軸直徑＋2mm＋兩倍試件的厚度。然后裝置放入已冷卻的液體中，并且圓筒的上端在冷凍液面下約10mm，彎曲軸在下面的位置。彎曲軸直徑根據(jù)產(chǎn)品不同可以為20mm、30mm、50mm。

　　Fourth,the installation and commissioning of the waterproof membrane low-temperature compliance meter:

　　★Put the water tank in the low temperature box and add the freezing liquid.Any mixture for freezing liquid:

　　-Propylene glycol/water solution(volume ratio 1:1)as low as-25°C,or-ethanol/water mixture(volume ratio 2:1)below-20°C.The height of the liquid surface is 100mm.After putting the test sample into the frozen liquid to reach the specified temperature,it starts to maintain at this temperature for 1h±5min.^^^

　　★Connect the host and controller lines,connect the power supply to 220V,ａnd have reliable grounding.Turn on the power switch to adjust the position of the bending axis through the ascent,descent,ａnd stop buttons on the control panel.Place the test piece at the lower end of A.The size of the test piece is(150±1)mm×(25±1)mm.Before starting all the tests,the distance between the two cylinders(see Figure 1)Thickness adjustment,that is,the diameter of the bending axis+2mm+twice the thickness of the test piece.The device is then placed in the cooled liquid with the upper end of the cylinder approximately 10 mm below the level of the frozen liquid and the bending axis at the lower position.The bending shaft diameter can be 20mm,30mm,50mm according to different products.

　　五、防水卷材低溫柔度儀儀器維護：

　　★低溫制冷儀的低溫柔度儀可長期保持運行，低溫柔度儀可長期放在低溫制冷儀內(nèi)，可隨時進行試驗。

　　★當不銹鋼容器內(nèi)的冷凍液不足時，應(yīng)及時添加冷凍液。

　　★長期不用或改變用途時，將低溫柔度試驗儀由低溫制冷儀取出來，將低溫柔度試驗儀柔度棒組件用水沖洗干凈冷凍液烘干保存，不銹鋼容器內(nèi)的冷凍液妥善安置。

　　★使用環(huán)境溫度：15--35°C

　　★使用環(huán)境濕度：小于80%RH

　　Fifth,low temperature flexibility meter instrument maintenance:

　　★The low-temperature flexibility meter of the low-temperature refrigerator can keep running for a long time,ａnd the low-temperature flexibility meter can be placed in the low-temperature refrigerator for a long time,which can be tested at any time.

　　★When the freezing liquid in the stainless steel container is insufficient,the freezing liquid should be added in time.
