建筑密封膠擠出器用途:
它適用于測定單組分密封材料的擠出性及多組分密封材料的適用期。利用壓縮空氣在規定條件下從標準器具中擠出規定體積的密封材料。對單組份密封材料,以單位時間內擠出的密封材料體積報告其擠出性;對多組份密封材料,以繪圖的方法報告其適用期。建筑密封膠擠出器符合GB/T13477.3-2017《建筑密封材料試驗方法》第3部分:使用標準器具測定密封材料擠出性和適用期的方法中對擠出器的要求,標準擠出器材質的要求,使其符合ISO9048標準的要求。
Building sealant extruder use
It is suitable for determining the extrudability of one-component sealing materials and the pot life of multi-component sealing materials.A predetermined volume of sealing material is extruded from a standard appliance using compressed air under specified conditions.For one-component sealing materials,the extrudability is reported in the volume of the sealing material extruded per unit time;for multi-component sealing materials,the pot life is reported by drawing.The construction sealant extruder is in full compliance with GB/T13477.3-2017"Test Methods for Building Sealing Materials"Part 3:Requirements for extruders in the method of determining the extrudability and pot life of sealing materials using standard instruments,standard extrusion The requirements of the material of the device are such that it meets the requirements of the ISO9048 standard.

擠出器主要由擠出桶、活塞、前后蓋及孔板等組成。
它的工作原理是利用壓縮空氣在規定壓力下標準器具中擠出規定體積的密封材料。對單組分密封材料,以單位時間內擠出的密封體積報告其擠出性;對多組分密封材料,以繪圖的方法報告其適用期。
Construction sealant extruder structure and principle
The extruder is mainly composed of an extrusion barrel,a piston,front and rear covers,and orifice plates.
It works by using compressed air to extrude a specified volume of sealing material in a standard appliance at a specified pressure.For a one-component sealing material,the extrusion property is reported in a sealed volume extruded per unit time;for a multi-component sealing material,the pot life is reported by a drawing method.

建筑密封膠擠出器組裝與使用:
★將活塞和活塞環裝在一起,放入擠出筒中,活塞環的一側朝向擠出孔。將試樣填入擠出筒中,注意勿混入空氣,將填滿的試樣表面修平,然后將前蓋、孔板及后蓋裝在擠出筒上。
★使滑板處于關閉狀態,將組裝好的擠出器與空壓機相連接。使擠出器置于相關產品標準規定的空氣壓力之下,在整個試驗過程中保持壓力穩定。
★測試之前擠出(2-3)cm長的試樣,使試樣充滿擠出器的孔。
Fourth,assembly and use
★Install the piston and piston ring together and place them in the extrusion cylinder with one side of the piston ring facing the extrusion hole.Fill the sample into the extrusion cylinder,taking care not to mix air,flatten the surface of the filled sample,and then install the front cover,orifice plate and back cover on the extrusion cylinder.
★The slide is closed and the assembled extruder is connected to the air compressor.The extruder was placed under the air pressure specified by the relevant product standard and the pressure was maintained throughout the test.
★Extrude the(2-3)cm long sample before testing to fill the sample with the well.
