三、工作原理:
在風洞中置有與空氣流方向平行的試板架,起動軸流風機后,用風量調控裝置將風速調控在3±0.3m/s內,將涂刮好的試板置于檢風洞中的試板架上,按產品標準要求調節干燥控制時間,待到時間后,自動停機,目測試板表面有無裂紋出現。
Third,the working principle:
A test plate frame parallel to the air flow direction is placed in the wind tunnel.After starting the axial flow fan,the wind speed is controlled within 3±0.3m/s by the air volume control device,and the coated test plate is placed in the wind detection tunnel.On the test plate rack,the drying control time is adjusted according to the product standard requirements.When the time reaches,the machine will automatically stop and test for cracks on the surface of the board.
四、操作規程:
?風速計的操作:
(1)將1號電池4節置入風速儀底蓋內,測頭插頭插入儀器插孔內。
(2)儀表盤電源轉換開關置于“通”的位置,校正開關置于“滿度”位置,調節“滿度粗調”及“滿度細調”旋鈕,使電表指針在滿度刻度位置。
(3)校正開關置于“零位”位置,調節“零位粗調”,及“零位細調”旋鈕,使電表指針在零點位置。
(4)反復操作(2)、(3)項,直至調準為止。
?計時器的操作:
本計時器延時范圍0.01秒—99小時99分,任意預置,中間按鍵為時段開關。

將計時器調整在所需要的時間內。
注:此項工作在開機前預置,開機后不得擅自變動計時器的預置鍵,否則計時無效。
?按涂料膩子產品說明中規定用量的主涂料,膩子涂布在已準備好的試板表面(底涂料之上)后,立即置于風洞內試板架上,試板與氣流方向平行放置。此試驗機一般可以放置二個試件做平行試驗。
?將試驗機電源打開,電源指示燈亮,軸流風機起動,計時器開始計時。
?輕輕拉動測頭螺塞,露出熱球,測頭紅點對準風向,以垂直于風向插入測試孔內,插入深淺一般為試板的中間位置,調節風速控制旋鈕,觀察風速計指針,使風向調控在3±0.3m/s以內,風干工作始。
?當計時器到達預置時間后,試驗機停止工作,取出試板,目測表面有無裂紋。
Fourth,operating procedures:
?Operation of anemometer:
(1)Put 4 AA batteries into the anemometer bottom cover,and insert the probe plug into the instrument jack.
(2)The power switch of the instrument panel is set to the"ON"position,the calibration switch is set to the"full-scale"position,and the"full-scale coarse adjustment"and"full-scale fine-adjustment"knobs are adjusted so that the meter pointer is at the full-scale scale.
(3)Set the calibration switch to the"zero position",adjust the"zero coarse adjustment"and"zero fine adjustment"knobs so that the meter pointer is at the zero position.
(4)Repeat operations(2)and(3)until the alignment is completed.
?Timer operation:
The delay range of this timer is 0.01 seconds-99 hours and 99 minutes,which can be preset arbitrarily,and the middle button is the time period switch.

Adjust the timer to the required time.
Note:This work is preset before booting.Do not change the timer's preset key after booting,otherwise the timing will be invalid.
?According to the main amount of paint specified in the paint putty product description,putty is applied on the surface of the prepared test plate(on top of the primer)and immediately placed on the test plate rack in the wind tunnel..This testing machine can generally place two test pieces for parallel testing.
?Turn on the power of the testing machine,the power indicator light is on,the axial fan starts,and the timer starts counting.
?Gently pull the plug of the probe to expose the hot ball.The red dot of the probe is aligned with the wind direction and inserted into the test hole perpendicular to the wind direction.The depth of insertion is generally the middle position of the test plate.The wind direction shall be adjusted within 3±0.3m/s,and the air-drying work shall begin.
?When the timer reaches the preset time,the test machine stops working,remove the test plate,and visually inspect the surface for cracks.
五、儀器結構:
試驗機主要由軸流風機,試驗風洞,試片架和風量調控裝置,計時器,風速計等組成。
