一、主要適用范圍及功能:
海綿往復沖擊疲勞試驗機主要用于泡沫聚合材料的往復沖擊壓縮疲勞試驗,測定試樣的厚度減少值和硬度降低值(殘余變形率),并由此可以了解材料的動態疲勞特性。
本儀器控制系統采用德國西門子PLC,通過7寸彩色觸摸屏進行參數設置和操作,可以根據實驗需要設定沖擊負荷及實驗次數和沖擊厚度,本儀器的zui大特點是:試樣隨著沖擊時間和次數的增加,沖擊載荷小于設定沖擊負荷時能夠自動調節試樣托盤的高度,使沖擊負荷始終保持在設定的沖擊負荷范圍內,當試驗完成后,具有報警提示!
