CWNS型系列鍋爐

CWNS型系列鍋爐是一種常壓臥式燃油燃氣內燃濕背式鍋爐，爐膽和受熱面為非對稱布置。爐膽為長圓形，增強了煙氣攪動，增加了輻射受熱面積。該鍋爐是以水為介質的固定式鍋爐，適用于以燃油、燃氣為燃料的工礦、企業(yè)、飯店、機關、學校、醫(yī)院等單位的生活用熱水及采暖用熱水。該系列型鍋爐容量為0.35MW~2.8MW.

CWNS series boiler

CWNS model boiler is horizontal normal pressure internal fired oil(gas) fired wet back boiler. There is furnace and heating surface of the boiler is not symmetry to arrange. The furnace is a long circular, the smoke spirit shakes up and the radiant heating surface. The boiler is stationary boiler by the water medium; it is applicable to the factory, mineral mountain, school, hospital etc. units. The boiler capacity is 0.35~2.8MW.

CWNS型系列鍋爐特性描述

■  三回程濕背式結構，組裝出廠，出廠前進行燃燒調試，安裝方便；

■  采用螺紋煙管，煙氣流程長，強化換熱效果，形成強烈的對流受熱面，傳熱效果好，排煙溫度低，熱           效率高；

■  配置優(yōu)質的進口燃燒機（低NOx型燃燒機），具有點火、熄火自動保護措施。燃燒充分，煙氣中的有害成分低于國家標準（NOx排放量低于400mg/m3），屬于環(huán)保產(chǎn)品；

■  各種自控裝置、保護裝置應用*的數(shù)字化智能控制技術，可遠程精確監(jiān)控燃燒過程，采用*的進口元件，有多種連鎖，操作方便，保證鍋爐安全可靠運行。

■  有專門的指示燈，各部件一目了然，有自動檢漏防止因泄露造成事故。

■  可增設通訊接口和打印鍋爐運行參數(shù)。并可設計安裝多臺鍋爐的計算機控制系統(tǒng)。

■  可增設冷凝換熱器和空氣預熱器，以提高鍋爐熱效率，增設后鍋爐效率可提高到95%以上。
