　　混合料拌和機操作和使用：

　　★接通電源、打開電源開關，電源指示燈亮。

　　★按工作需要設定加熱溫度，先按溫度表上的“SET"鍵0.5秒，PV窗顯示“SV"，SV窗位閃爍，按位移鍵“←"將閃爍位移至需設定位，按加減鍵“↑↓"直到將數字設定至所需值，按“SET"鍵確認，設定結束。

　　★時間設定，標準的攪拌時間為90秒，也可按工作需要自行設置，打開時間繼電器有機玻璃蓋板，按撥盤開關，按至所需值。

　　★設置完后，打開加熱開關，加熱鍋開始加熱，按上升鍵，攪拌器上升一定位置后自動停止，將預熱料加熱鍋內蓋上鍋蓋：加熱至160℃時，拿去箱蓋，按下降和攪拌鍵，攪拌器開始攪拌和下降（到A低位置可自動停止），至規定的時間攪拌器自動停止，按上升鍵加入規定的礦粉，再重復上述的操作。

　　Operation and use of asphalt mixture mixer:

　　★Turn on the power,turn on the power switch,ａnd the power indicator lights.

　　★Set the heating temperature according to the work needs,first press the“SET"button on the thermometer for 0.5 seconds,the PV window will display“SV",the SV window will flash,press the shift button“←"to shift the flash to the desired position,press Add or subtract the key“↑↓"until the number is set to the desired value,press the“SET"key to confirm and the setting ends.

　　★Time setting,the standard mixing time is 90 seconds,or you can set it according to your work needs.Open the time relay plexiglass cover,press the dial switch,ａnd press the desired value.

　　★After setting,turn on the heating switch,heat the pot to start heating,press the up button,the stirrer will automatically stop after rising to a certain position,ａnd heat the pot to cover the lid of the preheating material:when heating to 160°C,remove the lid.Press the down and agitation keys,the agitator will start to stir and descend(to the A low position to stop automatically),the stirrer will automatically stop until the specified time,press the up button to add the specified mineral powder,ａnd repeat the above operation.

　　混合料拌和機常見現象及排除：

　　★瀝青混合材料攪拌機是采用加熱管加熱，第二層內加熱加入導熱油后，熱傳遞到拌和鍋的各部；第三層為保溫層，再鍋口左外側有加熱管的接線端，電壓為220V，右移為感溫探頭插孔，再右移為氣壓閥門，在加熱過程中，如有少量導熱油從中溢出，或鍋邊有局部油漆鼓起的現象，都為正常的現象。

　　★如果機器在運輸過程中有局部損壞，特別是上下限位開關移位，如造成了下限位開關不停機，但面板操作鍵仍作用，在使用時應立即停機檢查，打開后蓋板換上同規格的開關即可。

　　Common phenomena and elimination of asphalt mixture mixer:

　　★Asphalt mixed material mixer is heated by heating tube.After the second layer is heated and added with heat transfer oil,the heat is transferred to all parts of the mixing pot.The third layer is the insulation layer,ａnd the left side of the pot has the heating tube terminal.The voltage is 220V,the right shift is the temperature probe hole,ａnd then the right is moved to the air pressure valve.In the heating process,if a small amount of heat transfer oil overflows from it,or there is a partial paint bulging on the side of the pot,it is a normal phenomenon.

　　★If the machine has partial damage during transportation,especially the upper and lower limit switches are shifted,if the lower limit switch is not stopped,but the panel operation key still works,stop the inspection immediately when using,open the rear cover and replace it.The same specification switch can be used.

　　混合料拌和機結構：

　　瀝青混合材料攪拌機主要由機架、變速攪拌器（由電機、變速箱和攪拌葉組成）、升降機構（主要由一臺電機、蝸輪箱、立柱和導向桿及限位裝置組成）、加熱鍋總成（由雙層金屬鍋、導熱油、電熱管組成）、電器控制部分等組成。

　　Asphalt mixture mixer structure:

　　The asphalt mixing material mixer is mainly composed of a frame,a variable speed agitator(composed of a motor,a gearbox and a stirring blade),a lifting mechanism(mainly composed of a motor,a worm gear box,a column and a guide rod and a limiting device),ａnd a heating pot.It consists of(double-layer metal pot,heat-conducting oil,electric heating tube),electrical control part and so on.
