HSN三螺桿泵選型步驟及注意事項
HSN three screw pump selection steps and matters needing attention
1、首先要準(zhǔn)確了解HSN三螺桿泵的實際工作參數(shù),如壓力、流量、介質(zhì)的工作溫度及介質(zhì)在工作溫度下的粘度、介質(zhì)有無潤滑性、腐蝕性等;
1, we should accuray understand the actual working parameters of the HSN three screw pump, such as the temperature and medium pressure, flow rate, medium viscosity at operating temperature, medium with and
withoutlubrication, corrosion resistance;
2、根據(jù)介質(zhì)在工作溫度下的粘度初步選擇泵的轉(zhuǎn)速,一般粘度小于300mm2/s,選擇n=1450r/min比較適合,當(dāng)粘度大于300mm2/s,請慎重考慮泵的必需汽蝕余量,以免泵產(chǎn)生振動;
2, according to the media at the operating temperature of the viscosity of thespeed, the general viscosity is less than 300mm2/s, n=1450r/min is more suitable, when the viscosity is greater than 300mm2/s, please consider

3、從泵的性能表上,按所需流量、壓力等參數(shù)初步選擇泵的規(guī)格;

4、從泵的必需汽蝕表(P15)上,根據(jù)泵的規(guī)格轉(zhuǎn)速粘度查出泵的必需汽蝕余量NPSHr值;

5、如果泵的必需汽蝕余量NPSHr值小于管道裝置的汽蝕余量NPSHa值,那么泵選型正確;如果泵的必需汽蝕余量NPSHr值大于管道裝置的汽蝕余量NPSHa值,則要選擇大一檔的泵或是降低轉(zhuǎn)速,并重新校合NPSHr值。NPSHr ≤ NPSHa+K(一般情況安全裕度 K取0.3—0.5m)
