Brief: This plastic filler is special designed for strong acid products. Main construction and the liquid tank are made of OPP, the wetted parts adopt SUS304 coated Teflon or OPP, the filling nozzles are made of Epoxy resin or OPP, to be anti-corrosion.
Drip gutter system :Anti-liquid leakage, more friendly-environment. The drip gutter retract , the filling nozzles go down to start the filling, after finish filling, the drip gutter extend, the filling nozzles go up.
Vacuum suck system :The PLC output s signal after filled, then the valves of suck back system in the form of negative pressure, under this condition to guarantee some residual liquid on the filling heads not drip to the bottle opening and conveyors, which suck back to the liquid tank for the further used.
Working principle:
1. This filler takes advantages of time gravity filling to achieve the demand filling dosage. The PLC controls the filling valves opening time, the product inside the liquid tank fill into the containers automatically. Very simple structure. No bottle no filling.
2. The liquid lever is relative confirmed, thus the required filling dosage can be achieved via control the handle-valves diameter and pneumatic valves’ opening time

(6)Bottle inlet counting,quantative filling,bottle outlet counting ,and serious motions can be done automatically.

(9) The control electrical cabinet is designed far from the main machine (As above picture shown).
