★制備細集料懸濁液

(2)稱取試樣200g,**至0.1g。將試樣倒入盛有500mL±5mL潔凈水的燒杯中,將攪拌器速度調(diào)到600min,攪拌器葉輪離燒杯底部約10mm。攪拌5min,形成懸濁液,用移液管準確加入5mL溶液,然后保持400r/min±40r/min轉(zhuǎn)速不斷攪拌,直到試驗結(jié)束。
★吸附量的測定
(1)將濾紙架空放置在敞口燒杯的頂部,使其不與任何其它物品接觸。
(2)細集料懸濁液在加入溶液并經(jīng)400r/min±40r/min轉(zhuǎn)速攪拌1min起,在濾紙上進行A次色暈檢驗。即用玻璃棒沾取一滴懸濁液滴于濾紙上,液滴在濾紙上形成環(huán)狀,中間是集料沉淀物,溶液的數(shù)量應(yīng)使沉淀物直徑在8mm~12mm之間。外圍環(huán)繞一圈無色的水環(huán)。當在沉淀物周圍邊緣放射出一個寬度約1mm左右的淺藍A暈時,試驗成為陽性。
(3)如果A次的5mL沒有使沉淀物周圍出現(xiàn)色暈,再向懸濁液中加入5mL溶液,繼續(xù)攪拌1min,再用玻璃棒沾取一滴懸濁液,滴于濾紙上,進行二次色暈試驗,若沉淀物周圍仍未出現(xiàn)色暈,重復(fù)上述步驟,直到沉淀物周圍放射出約1mm的穩(wěn)定淺藍A暈。
(4)停止滴加溶液,但繼續(xù)攪拌懸濁液,每1min進行一次色暈試驗。若色暈在A初的4min內(nèi)消失,再加入5mL溶液;若色暈在第5min消失,再加入2mL溶液。兩種情況下,均應(yīng)繼續(xù)攪拌并進行色暈試驗,直至色暈可持續(xù)5min為止。
(5)記錄色暈持續(xù)5min時所加入的溶液總體積,**至1mL。
