雞精塊壓片機(jī)是一款專(zhuān)用旋轉(zhuǎn)式壓片機(jī)，適用于雞精塊、各式調(diào)料塊、濃湯寶。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)尺寸為 4g 型、6g 型、10g 型。
可壓制雞精塊尺寸32×24× 9mm 、13.6×13.6× 13.6mm 。
高產(chǎn)量，可達(dá) 690公斤 每小時(shí)。
1. 外觀為全封閉結(jié)構(gòu)，不銹鋼外殼，與物體接觸面均涂有防腐蝕涂層，使機(jī)器更耐用，符合GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
2. 安全穩(wěn)定，變頻調(diào)速，帶有吸塵裝置。

This machine is special for chicken block or any bouillon cube. The standard weight is 4g 、 6g 、 10g .
The size is 32×24× 9 mm 、13.6×13.6× 13.6 mm
High output, it can reach 690 kg per hour.
The largest characteristics of ZPF21 type rotary tablet press is that it can suppress the tablet of large diameter, such as chicken MSG block, salt tablet etc.
For ZPF21, the max tablet’ tablet can be up to 40mm , and its output is 63000pcs for one hour.
For ZPF23, the maximum tablet diameter can be up to 38mm , output per hour was 69,000.
● The outside part of the machine is fully enclosed. The material of the cover and the inside table face is stainless steel. The turret face is specially disposed keeping the luster of the face and prevent the cross pollution, meeting the G.M.P requirement.
● It has transparent windows so that press condition can be observed clearly and the windows can be opened, it is easier for cleaning and maintenance.
● The lay-out of all the controllers and the operate parts is reasonable.
● The speed adjustment of the driver is controlled by the frequency conversion device.
● All the drive devices are located inside the machine, so keep the machine clean.
● A overload protection unit is included in the system to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus, when overload occurs, the machine stops automatically.
