本產品主要用于反滲透系統中SDI(污染指數)值的測定,嚴格按照美國ATME標準,通過測試一定壓力下通過的微孔濾膜過濾流量衰減情況來計算SDI值。

污染指數(SDI)測試儀說明書
檢 測 及 計 算 方 法
1、將SDI測試儀安裝在RO系統的測試位置上。如果測試點在預處理系統后,那么當測試SDI值時,RO系統應該正常運行,否則后的測試結果會無效。
2、開始時,SDI測試儀內不能放0.45μ微孔過濾膜。
3、測試儀連接完成后,打開測試儀上的閥門,讓被測水直接流過測試儀幾分鐘。
4、關上閥門,用鑷子放一張0.45μ白色微孔過濾膜(亮的一邊朝上)在測試儀的膜盒支撐板上并輕輕地壓緊“0"型圈及膜盒上蓋,擰上塑料螺絲,但不要太緊。
5、將閥門打開一部分,當水流過測試儀時,慢慢旋松一個或兩個塑料螺絲,讓水漫出測試儀,以逐出測試儀內的空氣。
6、確定測試儀內已經沒有空氣了,輕輕旋緊塑料螺絲。打開閥門,將減壓閥壓力調節到0.2MPa (207KPa),保持住該壓力,關上閥門。整個測試期間,壓力保持不變。
7、用合適的容器收集水樣本。只要保證每次用同樣的容量測試,容量的大小并不重要。容量可在100到500毫升之間。不同的容器都可用:例如量筒、大口杯、咖啡杯、可口可樂瓶等。一般考慮收集500毫升水樣。
8、打開閥門,用秒表測量收集500毫升水樣所需要的時間,并記錄為T(1)=__秒。收集完后,仍繼續保持閥門打開,讓水繼續流出。
9、過5分鐘后再用秒表測量收集另一個500毫升水樣所需要的時間并記錄為T(5)=__秒,過10及15分鐘后各做一遍同樣的測試并分別記錄為T(10)和T(15)。檢測結束后,SDI值能被計算出來。有些水樣數據采樣可能要求延續到T(20),T(30)甚至T(60),當然這種水樣是極少數的。
10、測定水溫。在整個測試期間,水溫保持一致。
11、SDI值由下列公式計算得出:
SDI=100P30/ Tt =100(1—T1/ T2)/ Tt
P30 -在207kpa進水壓力下的堵塞指數;
Tt總的測試時間(分)通常為T15,此時P30<75%,不然測試T10或T5,使此時的P30<75%
T1 -初始時收集500ml水樣所需的時間(秒);
T2 -經T1(通常為T15,即15分鐘)后收集500ml 水樣所需的時間(秒)。

Ⅱ Testing Procedure (Please refer to Tester Assembly Scheme)
1)Connection: connect the SDI apparatus without the membrane filter to the sampling line; Select the matching inlet joint to hang the tester to the outlet of the sample water.
2)Flush: Open the valve on the tester apparatus, and flush the tester as well as the fittings and filter for several minutes.
3)Membrane installment:Close the valve on the apparatus, and take away the filter, with one hand holding the filter and the other hand pushing the outside cover of the A-type adaptor upward; Unscrew the outside cover of the filter and taking away the upside cover, Put a piece of 0.45micron SDI filter membrane on the water surface using the stainless forceps with blunt top, then keep the membrane flat on the filter holder after its being fully moist; Finally, push the A-type adaptor plug core on the top of the filter into the adaptor,and it is okay when giving off ‘Crack’.
4)Exhaust: Unscrew the outside cover of the filter, and partially open the valve to let the water flow through the filter, thensoftlyloosenthe upside cover to discharge the air, and finally screw the outside cover when all the air is discharged thoroughly.
5)Pressure adjustment: Open the valve completely, and pull out the hand-revolved pressure adjustor cover, then adjust the pressure to 0.207MPa; Close the valve immediately when pressure adjustment is finished, finally restore the hand-revolved pressure adjustor cover.(The testing results will be influenced if the adjusting time is overlong)
6)Measuration: Open the valve completely and start to time how long it takes to the filtrate initial 500ml water sample (t1), then go on the filtration; Measure 500ml sample water flow rate again after five minutes, ten minutes and fifteen minutes respectively (t2).
Ⅲ SDI calculation
1) When the filtration time is less then 15 minutes, the decay in the flow rate turn to slow drops, we suggest you use the following calculation formula:
SDI=100/T
In the formula: T—The time from the beginning to the moment the decay turns to drops (minutes)
2) When the filtration time reaches 15 minutes, the decay in the flow rate doesn’t turn to slow drops, please use the following formula:
SDI=100(1-t1/t2)/T
In the formula: t1—The time spent on collecting the initial 500ml water sample (seconds)
t2—The time spent on collecting of the 500ml water sample after T minutes (seconds)
T—It can choose from 5, 10, 15 according to t2 respectively ( minutes)
