YN-350 is suitable for automatic adhesive labeling the pharmaceutical,cosmetic, food and other industry bottles or other small diameter round smallerbottles objects.

功能特點

●立式高速貼標機

●貼標參數存儲：預設50組貼標參數（包括瓶子直徑及標簽長度），變換瓶子時無須重新設定。

● 送收料裝置：單機使用時可選配送（收）料盤。也可直接配生產線使用。

● 印字設備：可靈活選配熱轉印、熱燙印字機或噴碼機，同步完成打碼及貼標。

● 自動檢測：可增加機器視覺檢測系統，自動檢測打印的日期批號等。有效防止可能因標簽卷所引起的漏貼、錯貼、重貼等問題。

●標簽智能管理，標簽快用完時會報警或停機。

●采用進口伺服電機控制：采用*的金剛砂驅動輥結構，摩擦力好，不打滑，保證了貼標的高精度。

●采用品牌進口電氣元件：德國西門子PLC，日本光電器件，進口電機和變頻器,確保整機的穩定和可靠性。

● Printing Equipment:flexible matching thermal transfer, hot stamping printer orCoding machine, complete code synchronization and labeling..

● Automatic detection: can increase machine vision inspection system, automaticdetection of printing date and batch number and so on. Effectively preventpossible due to caused by the roll of labels paste missed, wrong paste,re-paste and other important issues.
