反應(yīng)釜是化工、醫(yī)藥等行業(yè)傳統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備,在液-液混合、液-粉混合等傳統(tǒng)工藝中發(fā)揮重要的作用??筛鶕?jù)客戶的需求,配制各種的攪拌槳, 以達(dá)到不同的反應(yīng)效果。反應(yīng)釜的容量、外形尺寸和送料方式可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì),配合生產(chǎn)流程。是傳統(tǒng)化工行業(yè)的必須生產(chǎn)設(shè)備。 我公司生產(chǎn)的(電、蒸汽、導(dǎo)熱油加熱)反應(yīng)釜由上下封頭、內(nèi)筒、夾套(內(nèi)盤管、外盤半管)、攪拌器、軸封、攪拌傳動(dòng)裝置及支承等組成,根據(jù)生產(chǎn)工藝、操作條件,夾套加熱型式分為電熱棒加熱、蒸汽加熱、導(dǎo)熱油加熱,軸封裝置分為填料密封和機(jī)械密封,攪拌型式有錨式、漿式、蝸輪式、推進(jìn)式和框式等。開孔數(shù)量、規(guī)格、材質(zhì)或其它要求可根據(jù)用戶要求設(shè)計(jì)、制作。
Reactor is a traditional production equipment in chemical and pharmaceutical industries. It plays an important role in traditional processes such as liquid-liquid mixing and liquid-powder mixing. Various kinds of agitators can be prepared according to the needs of customers to achieve different reaction effects. The capacity, size and feeding mode of the reactor can be designed according to the site environment and cooperate with the production process. It is the necessary production equipment in traditional chemical industry. The reaction kettle produced by our company is composed of top and bottom heads, inner cylinders, jackets (inner coil, outer half-tube), agitators, shaft seals, mixing transmission devices and supports. According to production process and operation conditions, jacket heating types are divided into electric heating rod heating, steam heating, heat conducting oil heating, and shaft packaging devices are divided into packing seals and mechanical seals, stirring. The mixing type includes anchor type, slurry type, worm wheel type, push type and frame type. The number, specifications, materials or other requirements of openings can be designed and manufactured according to user's requirements.

壓力容器的操作條件十分復(fù)雜,甚至近于苛刻。壓力從1~2×10-5Pa的真空到高壓、超高壓,如石油加氫為10.5~21.0 MPa;高壓聚乙烯為100~200 MPa;合成氨為10~100 MPa;人造水晶高達(dá)140 MPa;溫度從-196o C低溫到超過一千攝氏度的高溫;而處理介質(zhì)則包羅爆、燃、毒、輻(照)、腐(蝕)、磨(損)等數(shù)千個(gè)品種。操作條件的復(fù)雜性使壓力容器從設(shè)計(jì)、制造、安裝到使用、維護(hù)都不同于一般機(jī)械設(shè)備,而成為一類特殊設(shè)備。
The operating conditions of pressure vessels are very complicated, even close to harsh. Pressure ranges from vacuum to high pressure and ultra-high pressure, such as petroleum hydrogenation to 10.5-21.0 MPa, high pressure polyethylene to 100-200 MPa, synthetic ammonia to 10-100 MPa, artificial crystal to 140 MPa, temperature from -196 unitary C to over 1,000 degrees Celsius, and treatment medium includes explosion, combustion, poison, irradiation, decay, abrasion and other thousands of varieties. The complexity of operating conditions makes pressure vessels different from general mechanical equipment in design, manufacture, installation, use and maintenance, and become a special kind of equipment.
