The thickness of the hole wall is twice the diameter of the hole. Most of the excellent properties of the oxide film, such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, adsorption, insulation, etc., are determined by the thickness and porosity of the porous outer layer. However, these two properties are closely related to the anodizing conditions of aluminum. Therefore, the film that meets different application requirements can be obtained by changing the anodizing conditions.
